Duna House Story in the Czech Republic
We entered the Czech market in autumn 2010 with no lack of enthusiasm and vigor. That was an important turning point in the international expansion of Duna House Holding. Team of only 5 people succesfully transfered the know-how of the international hodling and adjusted to the conditions of the Czech market. In our residence in Prague 4, Michelska Street we already occupy 3 floors and our clients can choose from over 50 real estate agents and managers, mortgage experts and a legal lawyer with her team of experts experienced in real estates.
We follow a well-established model and with regards to our clients’ needs we build a complex portfolio of services including mortgage and legal consulting. I will tell you a secret – our strength lies in the unique database of properties that enables us to match supply with demand across the agents’ portfolios as well as many other useful functions that accelerate the matchmaking process.
We pay special attention to our clients from the first moment and we guide them through the purchase, sale or rental to the successful transaction. Our agents comply with a very strict Code of Ethics.
