What commission do you charge?

Our commission is a lump-sum that amounts to one monthly rent. The exact sum then depends on every single case and will be finally set up after we have found your perfect tenant and have signed the Reservation Contract. It is also upon agreement who will pay the commission - you or the tenant – but we guarantee that it is always only one of them.

 

Does the lease contract need to be signed when the transaction is handled by DH?

Yes, for every lease or other transaction with Duna House there always needs to be the Reservation Contract signed. Consequently, we proceed with the Lease Contract that defines the requirements, rights and duties of both the landlord and the tenant. Our legal department will process these for you FREE OF CHARGE!

 

I do not like the new tenant – what do I do now?

It is your property and you decide who will be living there. It is not easy to find a good tenant. Years of practice taught us that the best solution is when both sides are in fond of each other so that you can develop a good relationship. Tell your agent who you wish to rent your property to and Duna House agent will make the pre-selection for you so that later you only meet the friendly parrots you wished for.

 

I do not have time for show days. What now?

Never mind! The agent will make you sign the Key Handover Statement and you can lose your worries. Every time Duna House agent shows the property to a potential tenant he/she will inform you about that in advance and later on about the progress. Duna House saves your time, money and energy!
